Nichole is an attorney whose career has been defined by providing practical, solution oriented counsel to her clients. Her practice includes elder law and family law. Prior to joining Nestico Druby, Nichole spent more than 20 years in nonprofit legal services, representing survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking.
For nine years, Nichole served as a Visiting Clinical Professor at The Penn State Dickinson School of Law, where she supervised second- and third year law students in The Elder Protection Clinic, guiding them through hands on advocacy for older adults.
Nichole is a former member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Dauphin County Bar Association, the Public Service Committee of the Dauphin County Bar Association, the Pennsylvania Coalition Against Domestic Violence Attorney Network, the Pennsylvania Coalition to Advance Respect Attorney Network, the Perry County STOP Team, and the PAATH 15 Crossroads Executive Committee. She also served for seven years on the Board of St. Stephen’s Episcopal School, where she held roles as Vice-Chair and Chair of the Development Committee. Nichole currently serves on the Board of the Gamut Theatre Group.
Nichole is a 1996 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and a 1999 graduate of the Dickinson School of Law.
She has presented at the local, state, and national levels to audiences of attorneys, law students, and law enforcement professionals on topics including family law, domestic and sexual abuse, human trafficking, and elder law.
Outside of her legal practice, Nichole enjoys distance running, quilting, reading, and traveling.
