Megan Huff

Megan C. Huff has been in private practice since 2000 and joined Nestico Druby, P.C. in 2008, where she practices throughout Central Pennsylvania primarily in the areas of collections, debtors' and creditors' rights, estate planning, estate administration, real estate family law, and civil litigation.
Her collections practice includes representation of construction companies, small businesses, and landlords. In addition, her practice includes representing clients in real estate matters, including acquisition and sales, as well as zoning, and she is a title agent for Security Title Guarantee Corporation of Baltimore. Her family law practice includes divorce, support, custody, adoption, name changes, and premarital agreements.
Ms. Huff is a 1996 graduate of Wofford College where she earned a Bachelor's degree, magna cum laude, in Business Economics and Government. She graduated from the Dickinson School of Law in 1999. She served as a certified legal intern for the Family Law Clinic at Dickinson. Ms. Huff clerked for the Honorable John R. Walker in Franklin and Fulton Counties for a year following law school. She practiced for five years with a law firm in York and for three years thereafter at a Harrisburg law firm before joining Nestico Druby, P.C.
Ms. Huff is licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, all Pennsylvania State Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle District of Pennsylvania.
