Anthony J. Nestico Esquire
Tony has been in private civil practice since 1990. Since 1996, he has owned and operated his legal practice in Hershey, Pennsylvania. He is a founding owner of Nestico Druby PC.
He has broad experience advising clients with regard to real estate matters, including land acquisition, sale and development, He has significant experience in virtually all aspects of business, including stock and asset acquisitions and sales, employee contracts and personnel matters, leases, licenses, business disputes, and general contract matters. Tony also has a wide-ranging background regarding zoning and land use matters. He has had considerable experience in civil and administrative litigation, with an emphasis in business, real estate and construction matters.
Tony has represented clients in county and appellate courts throughout Pennsylvania, in Federal Courts in the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and before zoning hearing boards and municipal governments. His practice now focuses in business, real estate acquisition and development, and estates. Representative clients include businesses, architects, engineers, developers, municipalities, banks, and private individuals. He currently serves as solicitor to the Derry Township, Highspire Borough, Pine Grove Township, Paxtang Borough, South Londonderry Township, and Middletown Borough zoning hearing boards.
Tony is a Hershey native. He graduated from Hershey High School in 1981 and Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania in 1985. In 1990, he graduated, magna cum laude, from Vermont Law School, and was admitted to the Pennsylvania bar that year. He has been married to his wife Debbie since 1987. They have three children.
Tony is licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and all county courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Dauphin County Bar Associations.
