Mr.
Stein has been in private
practice since 2002 and joined
Nestico, Druby & Hildabrand, LLP
in 2007, where he practices
civil and criminal litigation.
His civil practice includes
litigation, family law,
employment law, unemployment
compensation, and
landlord-tenant law.
His criminal law practice began
in 1998 while serving as an
assistant public defender in
Lebanon County. Mr. Stein has
handled hundreds of criminal and
juvenile matters, and continues
to represent clients of all ages
in criminal, traffic and
non-traffic related cases in
private practice. He practices
in the areas of DUI, misdemeanor
and felony crimes, summary
offenses, summary traffic
offenses, and juvenile law.
Mr. Stein volunteers with
Hershey Volunteer Fire Company
and serves as its President
(2002-Present) and as a
Lieutenant (2007-Present). He is
a member of the Dauphin and
Cumberland County Bar
Associations, and the
Pennsylvania Bar Association. He
is admitted to practice in all
courts in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, the U.S. District
Court for the Middle District of
Pennsylvania, and the U.S.
District Court for the Eastern
District of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Stein is a 1993 graduate of
the West Virginia University,
where he received Bachelors
degrees in History and Foreign
Language, and is a 1997 graduate
of The Dickinson School of Law
of the Pennsylvania State
University.
