Richard
B. Druby has been in private
civil practice since 1991 and is
a partner of Nestico, Druby &
Hildabrand. Mr. Druby’s primary
practice is in the field of
civil litigation and family law.
Mr. Druby has handled hundreds
of civil litigation matters
involving construction related
litigation for architects and
contractors, personal injury
litigation, defense of
professional malpractice claims,
product liability claims, civil
rights claims and
commercial/business litigation
in both state and federal court.
He also has considerable
experience in appellate
advocacy.
His family law
practice includes divorce,
custody, support and adoption as
well as premarital planning and
premarital agreements. He
currently serves as a Divorce
Master in Dauphin County.
Mr. Druby has
lectured to hospital
professionals on legal issues in
healthcare as well as insurance
companies on legal issues,
claims handling procedures and
bad faith avoidance. Mr. Druby
has served as an arbitrator in
UM and UIM cases.
Mr. Druby is on
the Board of Directors of the
Hershey Partnership and is on
the Board of Directors for the
Derry Township Community Action
Corporation. He is a member of
the Dauphin County Bar
Association, the Pennsylvania
Bar Association, the Defense
Research Institute and the
Pennsylvania Defense Institute.
He is admitted to practice in
all courts in the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania, the U.S.
District Court for the Middle
District of Pennsylvania, the
U.S. District Court for the
Eastern District of Pennsylvania
and U.S. Court of Appeals, Third
Circuit.
Mr. Druby is a
1988 graduate of the Wharton
School of Business of the
University of Pennsylvania,
where he received a Bachelor's
degree in Economics, and is a
1991 graduate, magna cum laude,
of The Dickinson School of Law.
