 Michael
A. Warnagiris serves as "of
counsel" to the firm. Mr.
Warnagiris is an Attorney
practicing in the State and
Local Taxation area. He has
represented businesses in the
financial services,
telecommunications,
broadcasting, public utility,
research & development and
manufacturing industries. This
representation has resulted in
significant state tax refunds
and assessment reductions for
clients.
Prior to developing his taxation
practice, Mr. Warnagiris served
as Staff Counsel to the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania -
Board of Finance & Revenue. At
the Board of Finance & Revenue,
he was responsible for
conducting taxpayer conferences,
facilitating inter-agency
cooperation and preparing briefs
for the voting members of the
Board. He also served as a
Hearing Officer and Legal
Assistant at the Department of
Revenue, Board of Appeals.
Mr. Warnagiris is a graduate of
Widener University School of Law
(J.D.) and a graduate of
Villanova University (B.A.).
