Mr.
Nestico has been in private
civil practice since 1990. He
has broad experience in real
estate, zoning, land use,
subdivision, and land
development matters. In
addition, he has had extensive
experience in civil and
administrative litigation, with
an emphasis in business and
construction litigation and
arbitration. Mr. Nestico has
represented clients in many
county courts throughout
Pennsylvania. He has also
represented clients in
Pennsylvania appellate courts
and in Federal Courts in both
the Eastern and Middle Districts
of Pennsylvania. He appears
regularly on behalf of clients
before zoning hearing boards and
municipal governments. He
focuses his practice now in real
estate, zoning and land
development, business, and
estates.
Mr. Nestico currently represents
architects, engineers,
surveyors, developers,
landowners, municipalities,
builders, business owners, banks
and private individuals. He
currently serves as solicitor to
the Derry Township Zoning
Hearing Board, Highspire Borough
Zoning Hearing Board, Pine Grove
Township Zoning Hearing Board,
and Paxtang Borough Zoning
Hearing Board.
Mr. Nestico is a Hershey native.
He graduated from Hershey High
School in 1981 and Shippensburg
University of Pennsylvania in
1985. In 1990, he graduated,
magna cum laude, from Vermont
Law School, and was admitted to
the Pennsylvania bar that year.
Mr. Nestico graduated from law
school with an academic class
rank of 7th in a class of 135.
In addition, he was the Business
Editor of the Vermont Law
Review, and served on the law
school’s Moot Court Advisory
Board. He was also President of
the Student Bar Association from
1989-1990, and served on the
school’s Honor Code Committee.
Mr. Nestico is licensed to
practice before the United
States Supreme Court, all
Pennsylvania State Courts, the
United States Court of Appeals
for the Third Circuit, and the
United States District Courts
for the Eastern and Middle
Districts of Pennsylvania. He is
a member of the Pennsylvania and
Dauphin County Bar Associations.
